如果在操作 VMware ESX 時出現【Another task is already in progress】的錯誤訊息時，可以試著重啟相關服務，應該就可以解決問題。

發生原因與適用範圍：

This can occur when a request is being made to the Virtual Infrastructure Server from a remote location and there is not enough bandwidth to handle the request. The virtual machine will continue to run but no tasks can be sent to the machine. Main tasks that cannot be completed are:
-Cloning
-VMotion Migration
-Forced Power Off

解決方法：

使用 SSH 連線連入發生問題的機器上，執行底下指令

service mgmt-vmware restart

或

/etc/rc.d/init.d/mgmt-vmware restart

靜待 5 分鐘後，再次執行你要執行的程序，應該就可以執行了。
